To Place an order for clothing:-

To Place an order for jewelry:-

Mode of Delivery : (Normal Postage or Registered Mail)
Upon receipt of your order, a confirmation will be sent via email to you after checking on the availability. If the item is ‘Out of stock’, we will inform you via email to reconfirm your order status.
Payment
All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD$)
Payment can be made by Internet Banking or ATM Fund Transfer to POSB Saving Account 189 - 596 – 243. ATM transfers must be accompanied with a clear picture of the transfer receipt via email.
Customer must pay in full amount for the items they have ordered. Once payment is verified, a payment invoice will be sent via email to you and will proceed to sent out your order within 2-3 working days unless otherwise stated.
Postage & Delivery
As an appreciation to our loyal customers, we will provide FREE LOCAL DELIVERY(except for On Sale items & JunkieJew series) Items will be sent out within 2-3 working days after receipt of payment unless otherwise stated.
Exchange & Refund
Goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
An exchange will be made if:
you received the wrong item. Simply email us if this happens and we will send you the correct item ordered.
Or if the order is faulty, please email us immediately along with details on your order, details of faults and picture of faults and we will access on case to case basis.
A full refund will be made if:
The product is no longer in stock after making the full payment.We regret to inform you that once the order has been processed, the payment will not be refund.
